Below are some possibilities to why you can't see your PAI data.
- Data is available only on the PAI Dashboard
- PAI data is not available on PAI Health app or Fitbit app
- Try refreshing page
- Try syncing your Fitbit to the Fitbit app.
- We suggest enabling All-Day syncing the Fitbit app.
- To do this tap on the account>select your tracker's name>All-day sync.
- Try reconnecting the Fitbit account to the PAI for Fitbit website
- To do this click the menu>Connections>disconnect Fitbit>Connect>Return to home
