VO2 max is the measurement of the maximum amount of oxygen that an individual can utilize during intense, or maximal exercise. VO2 Max is measured in ml/kg/min.
We estimate your VO2 max based on your activity and biometric profile. The rating depends on your age and sex.
E.g. 37 ml/kg/min may be above average for a 48-year old male, but considered below average for a 27-year old male.
The basic premise is, as long as you maintain a PAI score above 100, you can reach 90% of your optimal VO2.
After 16 weeks of sustaining the 100+ PAI score, the improvement will be less prominent. We start new accounts by taking your data from just the last 2 weeks, so it’ll take more time to improve our prediction accuracy.
