If you haven't already connected your Fitbit to the PAI Dashboard, you'll first need to follow these easy steps.
Here are a few ways to sync your Fitbit:
1. Most Fitbit devices let you start and stop workout mode. Your Fitbit data will automatically be synced whenever you complete a workout.
2. Turn on "all-day sync" so your data syncs periodically, even when you don't start a workout. To switch this on, in the Fitbit app go to your profile, then your device and you should see a toggle for "all-day sync" near the top.
3. Go to the Fitbit app and swipe down on the main screen. You should see a notification at the top indicating it's syncing with your device.
If your Fitbit app doesn't show your activity from today, you might need to turn your bluetooth connection off for a minute then turn it back on. And if that fails, try restarting the Fitbit app and/or your phone.
Make sure you have an internet connection for your Fitbit data to be sent to PAI Health.
