If the Leaderboard doesn’t look up-to-date:
- Wait 1 minute and refresh the page.
- Check that all team members have recently synced their wearable device with their wearable device’s app.
- If you have a Fitbit: Update the sync frequency by going to your Fitbit App settings, select your device, and turn on all-day sync.
Please remember that the Leaderboard resets on the first day of every month. Data from last month will not be reflected once a new month begins.
