Anything that gets your heart rate up for a sustained period of time is likely to earn you PAI. Activities such as running, and cycling are often the easiest ways to earn PAI. But generally all activities that involve running and jumping continuously for several minutes at a time will earn you PAI points. Even dancing can earn you PAI!
Daily tasks like playing with the kids, going up and down the stairs on laundry day, or gardening can earn you PAI, too. Those may not earn you as many PAI points as the activities described above, but they all count toward your 7-day PAI score.
