- Open the PAI Health app
- Tap the Account icon () in the top right corner of the screen
- Scroll down, and tap Contact PAI Health to open an email to the support team
- If prompted to Allow file access, please Accept - this is so that the app can generate a log file to send us
- Please describe the issue you're seeing in the body of the email
